The complex is existent
The Itzhaki Group specializes in the planning, construction and management of industrial and logistics parks, office buildings and warehouses. For decades, the group has been managing the existing logistics center at Kibbuz Gezer, which she owns.
Gezer Industrial Park’s uniqueness lays in its excellent location and accessibility.
Only 5 km from Nesherim interchange – which connects to Route 6, Route 431 and Ben Shemen interchange that connects with Route 1, so the complex is in one of the main traffic routes in the country.
Alongside the geographical advantage, the logistics center is a closed and secure complex with logistical structures of various sizes suitable for storage and industry.
The existing complex includes a built-up area of approximately 18,000 square meters on a land division of approximately 27,000 square meters.

Considering the great demand for the expansion of the existing Gezer industrial park, we are currently initiating and establishing a new logistics park which will be spread over 4 complexes of approximately 50 dunams in total.
The new complex
Due to the high demand for the expansion of the industrial zone in the Gezer, we are initiating and establishing a new logistics center within which buildings for rent will be built according to the data below:
Lot A: 25 dunams with a building of 15,000 sq., on the ground floor and up to 5,000 sq. in the gallery
Lots B, C, D: About 25 dunams with rental buildings of varying sizes – from 2,000 sq. to 10,000 sq. – total of 15,000 sq., on the ground floor up to 6,000 sq. in the gallery.
Buildings will be built with emphasis on high standards and high specifications, as is currently the case in advanced logistical structures in Israel and around the world.
The buildings will be built at a height of 14-20 sq., including height equivalents and all required by the latest standards for modern logistics structures.
The buildings and warehouses can be divided and adapted to the different needs, and a complete structure (TAYLOR MADE) can be designed for a long-term tenant.
